Mira Nasr is a licensed counselor with over 22 years of experience working with children and adolescents aged 3 to 15. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling.

Having lived, studied, and worked in more than 15 countries, Mira brings a deep understanding of diverse cultural perspectives to her practice.

Fluent in English and Arabic, with a working knowledge of French, she specializes in helping young people develop essential skills and healthy coping mechanisms to navigate life’s challenges.

Mira is trained and certified in Mental Health First Aid and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), providing evidence-based support in areas such as self-harm, social challenges, stress management, anger management, anxiety, organization, and parenting support.
