Laila Mikhael

Laila Mikhael is a highly experienced Psychomotor Therapist with a Master’s degree in Psychomotor Therapy and more than 20 years of professional experience supporting children and young people with developmental, learning, motor, attention and emotional regulation difficulties. Her approach combines movement, play and targeted therapeutic activities to strengthen motor coordination, body awareness, attention, executive functioning, visuospatial skills and emotional regulation.

Laila works closely with children and their families to develop individualized, practical strategies that support confidence, independence and everyday functioning at home, school and in social settings. She is fluent in English, Arabic and French and brings extensive experience to her work at The Valens Clinic.
