This update supports our ongoing commitment to making psychiatric, psychological, and therapeutic care more accessible, seamless, and patient-focused.
Expanded Direct Billing Network
With the addition of Inayah, The Valens Clinic’s direct billing TPA and insurance network now includes:
- Nextcare
- Inayah
- MedNet
- GIG
- Neuron
- Cigna
- NAS
Eligible patients covered under these networks may benefit from a more convenient direct billing process, subject to their individual insurance policy terms, approvals, eligibility, and coverage limits.
About Inayah
Inayah is a third-party administrator, commonly known as a TPA, that supports healthcare access, claims administration, and provider network coordination between insurers, members, and healthcare providers.
Through Inayah, eligible members may access approved healthcare providers within their insurance network, with billing and approvals managed according to the terms of their policy.
What This Means for Patients
By being onboarded with Inayah for direct billing, The Valens Clinic can now support eligible Inayah-covered patients through a more streamlined billing pathway.
This may include assistance with:
– Insurance coverage checks
– Approval coordination
– Direct billing support
– Patient guidance throughout the process
Our team will continue to support patients in understanding their available options based on their insurance provider, policy terms, and eligibility.
Pay-and-Claim for Other Insurance Providers
For insurance providers outside our direct billing network, patients may continue to access our services through a pay-and-claim process.
This means patients settle directly with the clinic and then submit their claim to their insurer for reimbursement, subject to their individual policy terms and conditions.
