Sarah Thomas
Sarah Thomas is a French and Canadian Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She completed her Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Lille-III in 2014. She initially practiced in France, working with patients dealing with a range of issues, including chronic illness, addiction, pain management, and neurological conditions. After two years, she moved to Montreal and spent over eight years providing therapeutic support to adults with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, tics, Tourette’s syndrome, and adjustment disorders. She also gained extensive experience at the McGill University Health Center, where she worked in the Psychosocial Oncology Program, helping patients cope with the emotional and psychological challenges associated with cancer and grief. She is trained in a variety of modalities, including acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
