Dr. Ioannis Delipalas is a Swedish Board Certified Consultant Psychiatrist with over 23 years of experience in assessing, diagnosing, and successfully treating patients with a wide range of psychiatric disorders. These include anxiety disorders, affective disorders, psychosis, personality disorders, neurodevelopmental conditions, and ADHD.

After completing his Bachelor in Medicine at Demokriteion University in Greece in 2001, Dr. Delipalas moved to Sweden. There, he completed his residency in clinical psychiatry at prestigious hospitals such as Karolinska Hospital, earning the title of Consultant Psychiatrist in 2009. He also completed a two-year master’s program in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

Dr. Delipalas has served as a clinical supervisor for young residents in Clinical Psychiatry in Sweden. He was appointed Head of Department for the young adults outpatient units in Stockholm, where he focused on assessing individuals with suspected neurodevelopmental conditions and comorbid psychiatric disorders. Dr. Delipalas has been a psychiatrist in Dubai for several years under a DHA license.
